Is bugged in a good way so nobody really cares.
I can't get by level 4 on impossible because no matter where I defeat him the game glitches and freezes.
I dunno. It didn't freeze for me when I did it.
For TTA3, we need grenade dart for the headshot medal

Any stage would be good. Probably a large one so you can run around picking up ammo.

Tips for getting an A+ on level 5 such as what difficulty and what not? I can't seem to get enough points no matter what I play it on.
I can't remember what difficulty I played on. But you'll hafta squeeze every last point out of the enemy while maintaining a good time. A tip would be to hit suicide bombers until they are at around two life left then explode them. Also, group enemies together for faster points.

What is the fastest way to increase style rank in FUI2?
You may wanna add to the TTA3 Artifact part, that the Achievements you need to get start from the second place. When I read this a while back for hints to get the medal, I couldn't figure out which medals I need to get -ZC
Don't forget Deliver That Fulp, and Super Sweatshop Mastar.

Very helpful guide. Especially for Fear Unlimited Issue2. How is it decided in which games allow medals? Do the mods/admin pick out certain games, the artist contact and/or request for medal, or is it completely random depending upon the mood?
